Awareness gives you a choice: do I keep doing what I have been doing or do I want to "try on" a new behaviour and see what changes?

 

Together we will work through issues which are interfering with your ability to live your life fully in the here and now.

I will help you to ground yourself and become aware of your habits and beliefs that are holding you back from experiencing  joy in your life.

 

We will work with what is present in the here and now.

I will help you get out of your head and into your body.

I use a relational approach to therapy in which you will set the pace.

Together we will work toward awareness and change.
